List of required vaccinations

Puppies up to 6 months old:
Two rounds of Distemper-parvo shots
Bordatella vaccine preferably within 48 hours in advance*

Young dogs 6-12 months old:
Distemper-Parvo and Rabies shots within the past 12 months
Bordatella vaccine within past 6 months*

Adult dogs over 1 year old:
Distemper-Parvo and Rabies shots within past 3 years
Bordatella vaccine within past 6 months*

*New York City requires this vaccine every six months
